Pantomimes
One of my favourite things to work on are Pantomimes. Over the years I've had the chance to be involved in the painting of Pantos at the Watford Palace Theatre, the Salisbury Playhouse, The Queen's Theatre Hornchurch and the Southwark Playhouse.
I absolutely love Panto's painting styles, from the bright colours to the tons of glitter I get to sprinkle on everything.

Sleeping Beauty (2014)
I worked with Lucy Shaw on the Queen's Theatre Hornhcurch's 2014 production of Sleeping Beauty.
We worked on 7 cloths over the summer and created the hard scenery during the build period in November. I did drawing up, painting and glittering on most scenes, notably the Dragon's Den. Because I was part of a large crew of freelance workers, I had to able to pick up from where someone else had started, tie in with the rest of the scene and also draw things up for others to work on later.

Dick Whittington (2013)
I worked with Christine Bradnum on the Dick Whittington pantomime at the Queen's Theatre in Hornchurch. I helped draw up, paint and glitter some of the backdrops and many of the set pieces.

Sleeping Beauty (2012)

I worked with Rod Holt on the Sleeping Beauty Pantomime at the Salisbury Playhouse in November 2012. As most of the larger pieces had been painted over the summer, I was primarily in charge of painting the smaller items that were being made for the show and doing an extensive amount of glittering, both of which I loved.

Jack and the Beanstalk (2011)
The first Panto I ever painted for was Jack and The Beanstalk at The Watford Palace Theatre with Aimee Bunyard and Sue Dunlop as part of a placement in the summer of 2011.
This is where I first learnt various painting techniques and styles that go into Panto designs.
